From a males point of view when they get cheated on by their girl it really does hurt them. For guys its the fact that they finally found one girl they can trust and that is gone after their girl cheats. To forgive your partner for cheating is a hard concept because in the back of your head you always wonder if they will do it again. Guys love hard just like women do so when they get cheated on it cuts them deep.

Cheaters: Female & Male Perspective !
In a females point of view when they get cheated on all trust goes out the window. In a relationship, the two are suppose to be able to be completely honest with each other. The main reason guys cheat is because the current relationship that they are in has changed course and their is probably a home wrecking hoe that is tempting them to step outside of their relationship for their desired pleasure. Honestly a woman would rather be told straight up by their guy that his feelings have changed and that they want to end the rather than be left looking stupid. In some cases the girl will continue to forgive the guy over and over again simply because they are so blinded by love they can not imagine life without their partner. Cheating can only be tolerated for so long before guy pushes away the one girl that was always there for them for a girl who will probably end up cheating on him in the end. However females also cheat too but that's mainly due to the fact that their needs are not being met from their lover.

Stereotypes.
Stereotypes: A Widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person.
Blacks: Most black stereotypes are that they are gangsters, murderers, thieves, rapist, and drug dealers or attics.
White: Sociopaths, kidnappers, racist, serial killers, con artists, uptight, rich, arrogant, and ignorant.
Hispanics: Gang members, crazy, stupid, have lots of kids, mouthy, perverts, and pack in cars like anchovies.
Asian: Smart, eats lots of rice, know karate, They speak like CHING CHANG CONG, best at math, and don't drive well
Africans: All eat fufu, super black in skin complexion, poor, dumb, loud, obnoxious,

Wouldn't you hate to be categorized simply based on your race? People get judged every and every where they go because of the appearance and race. Stereotyping is a major issue in our world today and we need to learn to get to know people before they automatically judge them. Thinking a group of people are evil just because of where they are from is is problem because they could be the most kindhearted person that you could meet. Examples of stereotyping is found all around. For instance when black people walk into stores they the sales associate always pays more careful attention to them over any other type of group because black people are classified as "thieves." People who have dreads classified as pot heads, and crazy.

How Technology is Taking Over!!!
Technology today has become so advanced it is almost impossible to live life without it. Teens today have everything they need either on the phone, laptops, or ipads. Technology is a contributing factor in why some teens are barely getting by or failing their courses in school because they have no time to study. Most of a average teens time is consumed by twitter, instagram or facebook. It is difficult for families to even have bonding time because children won't put their phone down long enough to even enjoy time spent with their families. Kids are beginning to get more electronic items at a younger age. They quickly become addicted to them and are left open to the dangers of the internet and other things out there.
Technology is to the point where babies know how to use electronics better than adults. For instance my niece was one year old and knew how to work an ipod touch. When we were the growing up we had nothing like the children of elementary and younger have now.
Some of the equipment that use to have to be done by man are being taking over by machines that can do the same work faster and more efficiently. They have robots that are so advance that it once seemed impossible. There are now vacuum cleaners that cleans by themselves. Things like this are the reason people are so lazy because they rely so much on technology these days.
Coping with Death
There are many different ways to deal with the death of a loss one. Some ways to deal with the death is to remember the happier moments with the loved one that has passed away. For instance, when my fish died I was very sad. He was a blue & purple Betta fish. I remember the times when I used to watch him swim around like Nemo with his cripple fin. I used to feed him chicken, beef, even Chipotle!!! He loved Chipotle more than I ever will. I never really gave him a set name, so I called him whatever came to mind. There is nothing like losing something/someone so dear to you. Eventually, I got over the loss of my fish and got a new one!
This time it was a girl and she was a gangsta fish, she was a straight G. I got her ass a pistol, a knife and a straight razor. I attempted to get her a boyfriend fish but she was very abusive. She used to bite him, cut him, and even tried to shoot him. The two had to be separated because of the violence. I never understood why she was so mean to him but, I eventually found out. He cheated on her in the Walmart I got them from. She wanted her revenge and got what she wanted.
In other instances, coping may not come as easily. My junior year of high school my friend Travon Scott passed away. I remember laughing and joking with him on that Wednesday in school. The next day (Thursday) he did not attend school, I didn't think nothing of it. That Friday I found out on Facebook that he had passed. I would have never thought that someone that I was so cool with & and be with everyday would all of a sudden be gone. To this day, I still cant believe that he died. I later found out that it was due to heart failure. We were supposed to graduate together along with the rest of our friends in our class. So on our graduation day, they honored him which made me feel like he was still there with us.

Kicks...
In today's society fashion is a huge deal & way of life to many people. Especially when it comes down to shoes.
A "sneakerhead" is a person who owns multiple pairs of sneakers as a form of collection and fashion. Basketball and skateboarding are the most know sports related to sneakerheads. Being a sneakerhead is a hobby to many people. As a result of a growing sneakhead population, things such as shoe prices to crime are ridiculous. Nowadays people are often robbed and killed over sneakers. The price of shoes have increased over the decades. Michael Jordan's Air Jordan Retros to many Nike basketball shoes are at the top of outrageous prices. Shoes from both Nike and Jordan can range anywhere from a hundred to thousands of dollars. When Jordan sneaks first appeared on the market, the retailed for about $150. Now, you would pay hundreds of dollars for a pair of shoes because of the growing sneakerhead population.
Knowing that the prices of shoes are steady increasing, we still chose to buy them. Why? Basketball is a big part of majority of collectors lives. So it could be hard not wanting a pair of shoes that have previously released when you were a kid. Its just an affect the fashion world has on us.
But you'll find it interesting how it costs about 88 cents to about $3 plus shipping and taxes equals $4-6 to MAKE a pair of shoes retailed at hundreds of dollars. I feel that it is a problem with Americans we're naive and spoiled which makes us blind to so many things in today's world. People would rather have the latest pair of shoes than to take care of their priorities.

Why Not Legalize It?!
Marijuana, many say how much of a bad thing it is while others feel its such a wonderful contribution to life. Why is it that marijuana is such a negative thing to today's society? Is it that the government cant gain control over it? Is it really that bad of a drug? Or is it the dealing? When you think about it, what is the real reasoning for why people see it as such a bad thing?
There is not 1 file on record where someone has died due to the use of smoking weed. To overdose fatally on marijuana you would have to smoke 40 000 times the amount required to get high. Say it takes about 2 "joints" to get high, that means you would have to smoke about 80,000 to overdose. Yes, you can pass out from being a little too high. But i'm pretty sure that you wont die. I feel that the government cant gain full control of marijuana so it'll be a while to even be fully considered legal.
People feel that weed can negatively affect you in many ways. In some ways it can, but many smart and successful people have/does smoke weed. For example, President Obama even smoked "Mary Jane." Rihanna & Lady Gaga also, they are some of the biggest pop stars/singers in the world and they smoke plenty of weed. If you know your history, back in the times of when George Washington was president, weed was kind of a big thing in society. There are so many successful people who smokes "ganja."
"The government has tried to use criminal penalties to prevent marijuana use for over 75 years and yet: marijuana is now used by over 25 million people annually, cannabis is currently the largest cash crop in the United States" So why not legalize it? It could create many jobs and help pay America's debt. Crime rates would be lowered and have less crowded jails which is a huge problem in America.
So why not just legalize it?

College...
The best experience of my life so far. Never would I trade this in for the world! Currently, i'm not at the best school but [shrugs]. I've met some of the coolest people, fake people and learned how scandalous people can be. Besides all of that, I LOVE COLLEGE!
Yet, as I sit back and think about it, is the cost, stress, time consuming and worry's worth it? School is very expensive. And when you come from a family where its difficult to afford it, it makes you think twice. You try to make something out of yourself instead of just sitting around at home doing nothing looks good on you. But, at the same time you realize that your just furthering your education to get a slightly better income for a job you may already know how to do. Many people graduate college with degrees and are unable to find jobs. There are many people that makes good money and live comfortably that didn't go to college. Many high school graduates are influenced by a lot of people who says you need to get away and go to school. Cool, but how many of those people are helping to pay your tuition & costs for college? It's not easy to get scholarships to help you out enough so a lot of students are forced to get loans which puts you in debt when you're finish with school. When you graduate you think "hell yea, finally!" but then you realize "shit, i'm in debt so now I have FIND a job that pays well to pay back all this loan money!" So, is college really worth it? Most people graduate with a minimum of a Bachelors and cant find a job within their degree and major/minor. That's honestly why I feel that college students change their major so many times because you think "which career can I pursue that pays well and I can enjoy what I do?"
.....Think about it!

Blog #1 A Little About Me.
Hello, Im Ronte. I was born on the 8th of September which makes me a Virgo. Im a cool, laid back, funny guy. I enjoy meeting new people and having fun times. My favorite hobbies are laughing and playing basketball. Im not your average guy. I don't play video games and watch very little television. This is my 2nd year at RBC & I enjoy being here. The is no place I'll rather be in my life right now than college. I enjoy all the freedom while being able to further my education at the same time.
Currently seeking to get a bachelors degree of some sort, because i am undecided on a major/minor at the present time. When I transfer from RBC I want to attend an HBCU, if not some instate school. This semester in English 101 I plan to learn more and improve my writing skills with research papers and other pieces of writing. My goal for the year is to stop being the BIGGEST procrastinator. Its seems that my best quality of work is when im doing it at the last minute. Even though it seems that I get more work done at the last minute, it still gets overwhelming at times.
So, theres a lil bit about me...there you go!
